QUOTE/S FROM GREEN

I'll just speak from my experience. You sometimes  when you're at the  US headquarters, right? And you're, you're part of like the US headquarter But I think, you know, when,  and, sometimes it can be tempting to just be impatient with the other people who  don't speak English at the same pace.  Because different cultures, different cultures, they just have different speaking cadences. And if English is not their first language, then they might have a difficult time really explaining  their ideas clearly. But for me, I think working with international teams taught me that discipline of creating  spaces  to make sure everyone, no matter where they're from. If they have the space and the opportunity to communicate their ideas. And I just kind of trained myself to  never underestimate the person who doesn't have perfect English. They're still really smart, but  they, may just need more time to unpack like what they're trying to say because  they're just not as trained in English, they still know like they're in finance. Like they still know finance.  It's just, it's just going to take us more time to learn it. And so I just think working with international teams, really increased  my empathy and my appreciation for how smart people are all over the world and how interesting their ideas are. But sometimes when you're impatient, you miss out on that. “
